We want to get your Philine pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible. We currently partner with Evri for all UK deliveries.

Order Processing
- Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
- Schedule: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a dispatch email containing your Evri tracking number so you can follow its journey.

- Delivery Estimates: While we aim to meet these timelines, delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary during peak seasons or adverse weather.
- Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Philine cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
- Safe Place & Neighbors: If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., "leave in porch"), please manage these via the Evri tracking link once your parcel is in transit.
