We want you to love what you wear! At Philine, we take pride in our curated pieces, but we understand that sometimes the fit or feel isn't exactly what you expected.
Your Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items. To meet this deadline, simply notify us of your decision to return the items within this 14-day window.
The Philine 30-Day Guarantee
Because we want you to be completely confident in your purchase, we extend the standard return period to 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Hygiene & Bespoke Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery or intimate apparel if the hygiene seal has been broken. Personalised or custom-made items are also non-returnable unless faulty.

Complimentary Return Shipping
We believe returns should be effortless. We cover the cost of return shipping for all UK orders. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email.
Refund Timeline
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we will process your refund immediately. While we aim to be faster, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. By law, all refunds will be completed within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 30-day right to a full refund for faulty goods.
